Children ages 14 and younger are invited to show off their best painted rocks during the Frankston National Night Out. Rocks should be submitted between 5:45 p.m. and 6:15 the night of the event at Sallie Austin Park. Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place winners and painters must be present to win. Applications must be filled out prior to the event and can be picked up at Frankston City Hall at 240 W. Main Street
