Trick or treaters are invited to collect candy on Commerce Street in downtown Frankston from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Businesses and individuals will be setting up tables in the park and on the street. There will also be a DJ playing music. The event is sponsored by the Frankston Economic Development Corporation
