The Waterpark @ The Villages

A short jaunt from Frankston proper is The WaterPark @ The Villages, a family water playground and Texas vacation destination on nearly 3,000 acres of piney woods on Lake Palestine. River Run ATV Park

Just southeast of Frankston you’ll find River Run ATV Park on the beautiful and “wild” Neches River. Bring your ATV, 4×4 truck, horse or other off-road vehicle and join in fun activities for the entire family.

River Run hosts 10 annual events, and a number of amenities, including “extreme” mud pits, free wash bays for removing all traces of the day’s play, Shower Houses, camping, RV sites, and cabins.
